November 2017 in Magglingen statt.

AIPS Young Reporters Programme 2017

"AIPS will be partnering with UEFA for a unique, top level Young Reporters Programme during the UEFA Women's Euro in the Netherlands (July 16 – August 6). The tournament will be held in 7 cities, centered around Utrecht/Zeist. The Euro will for the first time consist of 16 nations, and the goal of this Programme is to have a Young Reporter from each of the participating nations.

The programme will take place from July 14 – August 7. Travel, accommodation, local transportation and meals will be covered for the full duration. The Young Reporter will be responsible for providing his or her own international travel insurance for the duration of the programme.

We are looking for a candidate ages 18 – 28, with a high level of English, who is already working in local media and who will send back reports on Switzerland’s participation in the competition and more. The Young Reporters will receive training in writing, video, photography and new media from seasoned AIPS mentors. Their work will be published on the AIPS website (www.aipsmedia.com) and our social media platforms.

We look forward to receiving a CV, a sample of work (text, audio or video, in the original language is fine) and a short motivation letter in English (500 words or less) on ‘Why I wish to be selected and what benefits I expect to gain from participation in the AIPS Young Reporters’ Programme during the UEFA Women's Euro 2017. Send your application as soon as possible to sportpress.ch."
